- Monitor and manage grant and contract accounts for research programs at Purdue University.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for each account.
- Ensure compliance with grant and contract guidelines and regulations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to funding agencies.
- Work closely with researchers and principal investigators to provide support and guidance on financial matters.
- Review and approve expenses and reimbursements in accordance with university policies.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify any discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with other departments and offices to facilitate the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Stay updated on changes in grant and contract regulations and communicate these changes to relevant parties.

- Assist in the preparation of grant and contract proposals.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Knowledge Of Financial Management And Accounting Principles.
Experience With Research Grants And Contracts, Preferably In An Academic Setting.
