- Monitor academic progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with student-athletes.
- Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance tutoring skills and knowledge.
- Communicate regularly with the academic support staff and provide updates on student progress.
- Contribute to the overall success and reputation of the athletic academic support program at Purdue University.
- Continuously assess and improve tutoring methods to ensure the best possible support for student-athletes.
