  1. Design, develop, and maintain software solutions to support Publix's product lifecycle processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets industry standards and best practices.
  4. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure high quality and functionality.
  5. Continuously improve and optimize existing software systems to enhance performance and user experience.
  6. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  7. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to plan and prioritize project tasks and timelines.
  8. Provide technical expertise and support to other team members, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any software issues or bugs in a timely manner.
  10. Document and maintain software development processes, procedures, and standards.
  11. Adhere to project deadlines and deliver high-quality work within the specified time frame.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
  13. Collaborate with other software engineers and departments to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
  14. Uphold Publix's commitment to exceptional customer service and high-quality products in all software development efforts.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve processes and systems to revolutionize the grocery industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Preferably In The Area Of Product Lifecycle Management.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies And Agile Principles.

  • Experience With Plm Systems Such As Siemens Teamcenter Or Ptc Windchill Is A Plus.
