Software Engineer – Digital Infrastructure Cloud Engineering

1. Design and develop cloud-based infrastructure solutions to support Publix Super Markets' digital operations.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the best cloud computing technologies and tools to meet business objectives.
4. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both new and existing systems.
5. Continuously monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and security of the cloud infrastructure.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that arise in the cloud environment.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud computing to make recommendations for improvement.
8. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
9. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on projects and address any concerns.
10. Collaborate with other software engineers to share knowledge and best practices.
11. Contribute to the development and maintenance of Publix Super Markets' technical standards and processes.
12. Implement and adhere to best practices for software development, including testing, code reviews, and documentation.
13. Mentor and train junior team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
14. Take ownership of assigned projects and work independently to meet project deadlines.
15. Continuously identify and suggest opportunities for process and system improvements.
