- Develop and implement state-of-the-art artificial intelligence and machine learning systems for Publix Super Markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design AI/ML solutions to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technology and incorporate them into Publix's systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and robust code to build and maintain AI/ML systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and accuracy of AI/ML algorithms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise in the AI/ML systems.
- Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to optimize data collection, storage, and processing for AI/ML applications.
- Document the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML systems for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on AI/ML development best practices.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML systems and make necessary improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in AI/ML development and make recommendations for their implementation at Publix.
A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Or A Related Field.
Extensive Experience In Developing And Deploying Ai/Ml Systems, Preferably In A Retail Or Grocery Environment.
Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++ And Experience With Machine Learning Libraries Such As Tensorflow Or Pytorch.
Knowledge Of Data Mining, Data Preprocessing, And Data Analysis Techniques, As Well As Experience With Big Data Tools And Technologies.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Design And Implement Complex Algorithms And Models To Solve Business Problems.
