- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft and fraud in our stores.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential security risks and make recommendations for improvement.
- Train and educate store employees on security measures and procedures to create a culture of awareness and prevention.
- Investigate and handle any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches according to company protocols.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and other security equipment to identify suspicious behavior or activity.
- Collaborate with store management and other departments to address any security concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to security incidents and measures.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention to continuously improve security measures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any security-related concerns or questions from customers or employees.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention Or Security Management In A Retail Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Security And Loss Prevention Procedures, Including Cctv Monitoring And Alarm Systems.
Familiarity With Publix Super Markets Policies And Procedures, As Well As Local, State, And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Loss Prevention.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Supervise A Team Of Security Officers.
Proven Ability To Handle High-Stress Situations And Make Quick, Effective Decisions In Emergency Situations.
