
SAP FICO Functional Analyst – Finance & Purchasing

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP FICO related issues and inquiries from the Finance and Purchasing departments.
- Analyze and assess business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business needs and ensure system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new processes and system enhancements.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure proper utilization of the SAP FICO system.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical or functional issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements in SAP FICO and make recommendations for implementation.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with finance and purchasing teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Serve as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Adhere to company security and compliance policies and procedures.

Strong Knowledge Of Sap Fico Module: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Sap Fico Module, Including Its Configuration, Customization, And Integration With Other Modules.
Extensive Experience In Finance And Purchasing Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Finance And Purchasing Processes In A Retail Or Similar Industry, With A Solid Understanding Of Best Practices And Industry Standards.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting: A Sap Fico Functional Analyst Must Have Strong Analytical Skills To Extract, Analyze, And Present Data To Support Decision Making. Proficiency In Tools Like Sap Business Warehouse And Excel Is Essential.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Key Liaison Between Business Stakeholders And Technical Teams, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Gather And Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
