Job Description

Providing analysis, data, documentation, tracking, scheduling and other administrative support to the Divisional Refrigeration Coordinators, Supervisors and Assistant Managers, as well as the Refrigeration & Energy Program Team. timely and accurate receiving and analyzing of Invoices for Facility Services performing clerical duties as required to support the Facility Services department, as departmental business needs require.

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in a customer service field

  • 1 year experience in a refrigeration-specific customer service position
