  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from customer data.
  2. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate data from various sources.
  4. Utilize statistical methods and tools to conduct predictive and prescriptive analyses.
  5. Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Monitor and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in marketing strategies based on data analysis.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and marketing.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies.
  10. Work closely with the CRM and Marketing teams to identify customer segments and personalize marketing efforts.
  11. Utilize data to identify customer behavior and preferences, and make recommendations for targeted marketing campaigns.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate and analyze data from third-party sources.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve data collection processes.
  14. Train and mentor junior team members in data analysis techniques and best practices.
  15. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Crm Software: As A Marketing Analytics Data Analyst At Publix Super Markets, A Strong Understanding And Experience Working With Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software Is Essential. This Includes The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Customer Data From Various Sources, Such As Transaction History And Customer Interactions.
