
IT Delivery Manager – Supply Chain Replenishment

- Overseeing the Supply Chain Replenishment team and ensuring that all IT projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Managing and coordinating the activities of the IT team to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Establishing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicating project progress and any potential delays or issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Evaluating and recommending new technologies and processes to improve supply chain operations.
- Ensuring that all IT projects meet quality standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Managing vendor relationships and contracts to ensure effective delivery of services and products.
- Overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance of the Supply Chain Replenishment team.
- Leading and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Developing and implementing best practices and standard operating procedures for project delivery.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Providing regular and accurate project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments in supply chain and technology to drive innovation and improve processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In Supply Chain Replenishment.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Systems, Including Inventory Management And Demand Planning.
Experience With Implementing And Managing Supply Chain Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
