
IT Delivery Manager – Product Lifecycle Management

As our IT Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions to support our business needs. - Oversee the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team and ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions to support business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including budget and timeline, for all IT projects related to PLM.
- Manage and monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and communication among team members.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to PLM and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with vendors and other external partners to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.
- Manage the budget for the PLM team, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all IT solutions delivered by the PLM team meet high quality and security standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Lifecycle Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of It Systems And Applications Related To Product Lifecycle Management, Such As Plm Software And Erp Systems.
