- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote and elevate the Publix brand identity.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs and competition in order to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and advertising to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including traditional and digital media.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, and promotional items.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- Manage the brand marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the Publix brand.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure consistent and positive brand experiences for customers.
- Communicate with senior management to provide updates on marketing initiatives and results.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members to foster their growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Brand Management Or Marketing.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Market Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Brand Marketing Campaigns.
