Retail Sales Associate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join the Psycho Bunny team! You’ll be an integral part of our store, engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and helping to create a unique and positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be a brand ambassador for Psycho Bunny, helping to create relationships with customers and ensure they have an enjoyable shopping experience.To be successful in this role, you must have great customer service and communication skills, a solid understanding of retail operations, and the ability to work effectively with a team. You should also be friendly and outgoing, with a positive attitude and the ability to create an inviting atmosphere in our store. Responsibilities: • Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with a positive shopping experience. • Assist customers in selecting the best products for their needs. • Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions. • Process customer payments, accurately and efficiently. • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment. • Ensure that all merchandise is properly priced and displayed. • Keep up-to-date on the latest product information and store promotions. • Assist in inventory management and merchandising. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions. • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
