Responsibilities:

1. Monitor incoming orders and ensure that orders are sent out to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Track and report on order fulfillment progress, including any discrepancies or delays.
3. Develop and implement best practices for order fulfillment and customer service.
4. Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
5. Monitor inventory levels and adjust ordering processes accordingly.
6. Create and manage shipping and receiving schedules.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order processing.
8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
9. Prepare and submit reports to management regarding order fulfillment activities.
10. Assist with other logistics-related tasks as needed.
