  1. Oversee daily operations of the assigned unit, including staff schedules, patient care, and administrative tasks.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and overall unit performance.
  4. Facilitate effective communication between staff, patients, and families.
  5. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring and training.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

  11. Participate in budget planning and management for the unit.
  12. Stay up-to-date with advancements and changes in the healthcare industry, and implement best practices as appropriate.
  13. Serve as a role model for professionalism, compassion, and excellence in patient care.
  14. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of the job.
  15. Collaborate with other Unit Managers and healthcare leaders to improve overall organizational performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Long-Term Care Facilities.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing A Team And Achieving Operational And Financial Goals.
