  1. Provide expert clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff.
  2. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and staff performance.
  4. Conduct regular assessments of nursing staff skills and knowledge and provide training and development opportunities as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
  6. Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Serve as a resource for nursing staff in complex clinical situations.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current healthcare trends and advancements.
  9. Provide support and guidance to nursing staff in difficult or challenging situations.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all employees.
  11. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
  12. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and staff performance.
  13. Serve as a representative of PruittHealth and uphold the company's values and mission.
  14. Act as a mentor and role model for nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the nursing department.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In A Clinical Setting, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Advanced Degree In Nursing, Such As A Master's Or Doctoral Degree, With A Focus On Nursing Practice Or Administration.

  • Current And Valid State Nursing License, As Well As Any Necessary Certifications And Credentials.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams And Engage With Patients And Families.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives.
