  1. Oversee and monitor the overall quality of care provided to patients by the nursing staff.
  2. Provide guidance and leadership to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  3. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans for patients.
  5. Serve as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support on complex medical cases.
  6. Monitor and address any issues or concerns related to patient care, including medication errors, falls, and infections.
  7. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide recommendations for enhancing the overall patient experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date with current healthcare practices and industry trends to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a positive and compassionate experience.
  10. Act as a liaison between the nursing staff and management, addressing any concerns or issues raised by either party.
  11. Ensure all nursing staff are properly trained and educated on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  14. Act as a role model for nursing staff, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and dedication to patient care.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while performing job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In A Clinical Setting.

  • Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.
