Job Description

As a Senior Living Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a senior living community. With your commitment to providing exceptional care and services to our residents, you will be instrumental in helping us create a safe and supportive environment for those in our care.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field plus at least five years of experience as an Administrator in a long-term care facility or other related senior living setting. You must also be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state where you will be working and have a strong knowledge of applicable regulations, laws, and standards. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a senior living community.
  2. Ensure the safety and provision of exceptional care and services for residents.
  3. Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.
  5. Monitor financial and operational performance of the senior living community.
  6. Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to ensure quality care and services.
  7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  8. Respond promptly to resident or family complaints and inquiries.
  9. Develop and implement programs and activities that promote resident engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  10. Manage personnel and recruiting activities.
