- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other potential referral sources.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to educate them about the benefits of hospice care.
- Establish and maintain a strong understanding of the hospice industry, including regulations and market trends.
- Collaborate with the hospice team to ensure timely and appropriate admissions and provide seamless transfers of care.
