Current Rn Licensure: A Qualified Candidate For The Rn - Registered Nurse - Nurse Navigator Role At Pruitthealth Must Possess A Current And Active Rn License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: Applicants Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Education Provides The Necessary Foundation For The Complex And Dynamic Healthcare Environment.
Clinical Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience As An Rn, Preferably In A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Setting. This Experience Helps Nurses Develop Critical Thinking Skills And Clinical Competency.
