1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with PruittHealth's standards and policies.
2. Assess patient's physical, emotional, and social needs and develop individualized care plans.
3. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
4. Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
6. Educate patients and their families about disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
8. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback for improving patient care.
10. Keep up-to-date with best practices and changes in home health care policies and procedures.
11. Display professionalism and empathy while interacting with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
12. Follow all legal and ethical standards in the delivery of care.
