Restorative CNA

PruittHealth is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Restorative CNA to join our team and help make a positive difference in the lives of our patients. As a Restorative CNA, you will be responsible for providing restorative care to our patients, working collaboratively with other team members, and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided. The ideal candidate for this role must have a strong desire to help others and should possess a current CNA certification, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities:

1. Provide restorative care to patients in accordance with PruittHealth standards.
2. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
3. Monitor patient progress and document changes in patient condition.
4. Assist patients with basic activities of daily living.
5. Administer medications and treatments as directed by a physician.
6. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.
7. Utilize proper body mechanics when transferring and assisting patients.
8. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
9. Respond to inquiries from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
10. Participate in continuing education courses and training sessions as necessary.
