  1. Oversee the daily operations of a specific nursing unit within the healthcare facility.
  2. Ensure high-quality care for patients by maintaining and enforcing medical and facility policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and assess the performance of the nursing team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment for the nursing team.
  5. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  6. Implement and maintain effective patient care plans, ensuring that all medical needs are met.
  7. Regularly assess patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
  8. Participate in staff training and development programs to ensure the nursing team is up-to-date on best practices and procedures.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  10. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and outcomes.
  11. Adhere to all state and federal regulations and standards related to nursing and healthcare.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Where The Facility Is Located.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher Preferred.

  • Strong Clinical Knowledge And Experience In Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Or Rehabilitation.

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
