  1. Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  2. Assess the training needs of nursing staff and create educational plans to address any gaps in knowledge or skills.
  3. Conduct training sessions to educate nursing staff on best practices, new procedures, and policies.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  5. Collaborate with nursing leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  6. Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and trends to ensure that educational programs are current and relevant.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and educational institutions to enhance educational opportunities for nursing staff.
  9. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new nursing staff, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  10. Communicate regularly with nursing staff to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in the educational programs.
  11. Act as a role model for nursing staff, demonstrating high standards of care and professionalism.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, related to nursing education.
  13. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop interdisciplinary educational programs.
  14. Maintain accurate records of training and education provided to nursing staff.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay current with advancements in healthcare education.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Registered Nurse License From The State In Which They Will Be Working.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field Is Required For This Position. A Master's Degree Is Preferred.

  • Teaching Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Teaching And Educating Healthcare Professionals, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Clinical Background: A Thorough Understanding And Experience In Clinical Nursing Practice Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Best Practices And Evidence-Based Nursing Standards.

  • Communication And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Teach And Mentor Nurses. They Must Also Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Nurses.
