Registered Dietitian

As a Registered Dietitian at PruittHealth, you will be responsible for providing nutritional expertise and guidance to our staff and patients. You will be relied upon to create and implement nutrition care plans and evaluate their effectiveness. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about helping others reach their nutrition and health goals. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and be a Registered Dietitian in the state of Georgia. This individual should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement nutrition care plans for PruittHealth staff and patients.
2. Monitor the effectiveness of nutrition care plans and make necessary adjustments as needed.
3. Educate staff and patients on the importance of proper nutrition and healthful eating habits.
4. Assist with menu planning and nutrition-related programs.
5. Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure patient health and wellness.
6. Remain up-to-date on the latest research and developments in nutrition and dietetics.
7. Provide counseling and support to patients on nutrition and health-related matters.
8. Evaluate patient progress and outcomes of nutrition interventions.
9. Maintain patient records and document all patient interactions.
10. Follow all professional, legal, and ethical standards of practice.
