As a PTA, you will work alongside our skilled therapists to provide high-quality, individualized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. - Provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Collaborate with skilled therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Assist with patient evaluations and document progress and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families.
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercises and techniques for at-home care.
- Keep abreast of advancements and changes in the field of physical therapy.

Associate's Degree In Physical Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.
Current State Licensure Or Certification As A Physical Therapy Assistant.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience As A Pta In A Home Health Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Knowledge Of And Adherence To State And Federal Regulations And Guidelines Related To Home Health Care.
