Associate's Degree In Occupational Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Team Members.
Current Certification And Licensure As An Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Skilled Nursing Or Rehabilitation.
