  1. Greet and welcome attendees at the New Year, New Career- Healthcare Hiring Event at Virginia Park.
  2. Provide information about PruittHealth and the available career opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  3. Answer any questions and address any concerns from potential candidates.
  4. Screen and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for various positions within our healthcare organization.
  5. Conduct interviews with potential candidates and make recommendations to the hiring team.
  6. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the specific needs and requirements for each open position.
  7. Assist with on-site application and resume submission processes.
  8. Represent PruittHealth in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  9. Educate potential candidates on our organization's mission, values, and culture.
  10. Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  11. Maintain accurate records of candidate information and hiring progress.
  12. Continuously promote the benefits and rewards of working in the healthcare industry.
  13. Attend to logistical needs during the event, such as setting up and organizing materials, coordinating schedules, and managing event flow.
  14. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall success of the hiring event.
  15. Provide follow-up communication and support to candidates after the event.
