2. Enhance the quality of life of residents through activities and social engagement.
3. Develop individual activity plans for residents based on their needs and interests.
4. Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
5. Monitor and document residents’ participation in activities.
6. Foster a supportive environment for residents and their families.
7. Maintain a safe and clean environment for all activities.
8. Communicate effectively with other staff members and stakeholders.
9. Remain up-to-date on legislation, best practices, and trends related to memory care.
10. Create and implement staff training programs.
