Licensed Practical Nurse-Home Health

At PruittHealth, we’re always looking for passionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Health team. Our Home Health LPNs provide compassionate care for our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work independently. We’re looking for someone who can collaborate with our team and maintain positive relationships with our clients.Required qualifications for this role include: • A valid license as an LPN in the state of practice• Previous experience in home health care or related field• Ability to think quickly and work independently• Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• High ethical standards and commitment to patients• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, if needed
