- Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Assist in the coordination and management of patient care, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with other healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques, medications, and disease management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care and assistance as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Valid Lpn License: A Qualified Candidate For A Full-Time Lpn Position At Pruitthealth Must Possess A Valid And Current License To Practice As A Licensed Practical Nurse.
Strong Clinical Skills: The Role Of An Lpn At Pruitthealth Involves Providing Direct Patient Care, Administering Medications, And Assisting With Treatments. Therefore, Candidates Must Possess Strong Clinical Skills And Be Able To Perform These Duties Effectively.
