Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the nursing home operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
2. Monitor operations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
4. Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
5. Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing training and support as needed.
6. Coordinate with other departments, such as medical, to ensure quality care and services.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
8. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Monitor and analyze data to ensure quality of care and service.
10. Handle legal and ethical issues arising from nursing home operations.
