Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the success of the long-term care facility.
2. Monitor and evaluate quality care provided by the nursing home staff.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with staff, residents, and other healthcare providers.
4. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Oversee budgeting and financial operations of the facility.
6. Develop and implement policies and procedures.
7. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of data.
8. Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
9. Implement and maintain quality assurance programs.
10. Address complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
