As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall success of our skilled nursing facility. This includes providing the highest quality of care to our residents, leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, and developing strategies to ensure our facility meets or exceeds industry standards.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field and a current Nursing Home Administrator's license. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a passion for providing quality care to our residents. 4. Create a positive and caring environment for facility residents and staff.
5. Monitor and manage budget and other financial aspects of the facility.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality of care and services.
8. Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff.
9. Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
10. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
