Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in a long-term care setting, a current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state where the facility is located, and a Bachelor's degree in health services administration or a related field. Additionally, the candidate should be a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, a commitment to quality and a focus on customer service. Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement policies and procedures for the facility that meet state and federal regulations

-Manage and supervise all staff members to ensure quality care of residents -Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations -Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and other necessary partners -Oversee the financial operations of the facility, including budgeting, billing, and payroll -Provide regular reports to management on operational and financial performance -Foster a positive team environment and facilitate staff development and training -Provide leadership and guidance to all staff members -Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided to residents -Assist with the development and implementation of resident programs and activities
