- Process new employee paperwork and conduct orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and assist in the offboarding process.
- Manage and update the HR database and employee files.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to improve processes and procedures.
- Provide support to employees and management on HR-related issues.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee recognition and engagement activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to HR processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Proficiency In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
