4. Handle and dispose of waste and hazardous materials properly.
5. Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
6. Follow established protocols for handling and reporting any infectious or hazardous spills.
7. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and comfortable living space for residents.
8. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
9. Communicate effectively with residents and staff to address any concerns or requests.
10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
11. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively to meet cleaning deadlines.
12. Follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.
13. Proactively identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel.
14. Adhere to confidentiality policies and maintain resident privacy at all times.
