As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents. - Perform daily cleaning tasks according to established standards and procedures.
- Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean, tidy, and sanitized.
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors on a regular basis.
- Clean and disinfect resident rooms, common areas, and other designated areas.
- Restock and maintain supplies in resident rooms and public areas.
- Empty trash and dispose of waste in a proper manner.
- Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness in supply closets and carts.
- Follow all safety regulations and use protective equipment when handling cleaning chemicals.
- Interact professionally and respectfully with residents, their families, and staff members.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of our residents.
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Educational Background Is Required For A Housekeeper Hcc Position At Pruitthealth.
Prior Housekeeping Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Housekeeping Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Senior Living Setting.
Attention To Detail: Housekeepers At Pruitthealth Must Be Able To Pay Close Attention To Detail And Maintain A High Standard Of Cleanliness In Resident Rooms And Common Areas.
Physical Ability: This Job Requires Frequent Standing, Walking, Bending, And Lifting, So Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks.
Team Player: Housekeepers At Pruitthealth Often Work As Part Of A Team, So The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Work Collaboratively With Others Is Essential.
