PruittHealth is seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Hospice Community Relations Representative in Tennessee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and families to educate them about the benefits of hospice care and promote our services.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and families to promote hospice services.
  2. Educate potential clients and their families about the benefits of hospice care and the services offered by our organization.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement a strategic community outreach plan.
  4. Attend community events and networking opportunities to represent PruittHealth and increase awareness of our hospice services.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential referral sources and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  6. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and families to address any questions or concerns and provide necessary information.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and regulations related to hospice care.
  8. Participate in team meetings and provide input on marketing and outreach strategies.
  9. Utilize social media and other marketing tools to promote hospice services and engage with the community.
  10. Monitor and track outreach efforts and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, representing our values and promoting our mission.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as ethical standards, while carrying out job responsibilities.
  13. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services to clients.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the organization in the community.
  15. Continuously seek out ways to improve and enhance the organization's community relations efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hospice Care Or Healthcare Sales And Marketing.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Hospice Regulations And Reimbursement Processes.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Strong Drive For Achieving Sales Goals And Promoting The Mission And Values Of Pruitthealth.
