Hospice Community Relations Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with local and national organizations in order to facilitate collaboration and create partnerships.
2. Promote and represent the hospice care services offered by PruittHealth Hospice in the local communities.
3. Build bridges between the local communities and the hospice care services.
4. Facilitate communication between patients, families, and the hospice care team.
5. Ensure the highest quality of care for patients and families.
6. Provide education and resources to the local communities on end-of-life care.
7. Develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies.
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives.
9. Prepare reports on the progress of outreach initiatives.
10. Participate in community events and activities to promote the hospice care services.
