Hospice Community Relations Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Represent and promote the hospice services of PruittHealth to the community through various channels, such as community events, meetings, and speaking engagements.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, potential referral sources, and other stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with the hospice team to ensure timely and appropriate referrals and follow-up.
4. Provide education and resources to community organizations, healthcare providers, and potential referral sources.
5. Foster an understanding and appreciation of the complex emotions surrounding hospice care.
6. Respond to inquiries from potential referral sources, families, and other stakeholders.
7. Monitor and keep track of trends in the hospice industry.
8. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote PruittHealth’s hospice services.
9. Attend community events and provide support to families and caregivers.
10. Participate in hospice team meetings and provide feedback and ideas.
