Hospice Chaplain PRN

PruittHealth is seeking an experienced and compassionate Hospice Chaplain PRN to join our team and provide spiritual care to our hospice patients and their families. As a member of our hospice team, you will be responsible for providing spiritual and emotional support to our patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Theology or Pastoral Care, a certification as a Chaplain, and at least two years of experience in a hospice setting. The successful candidate will have an energetic and compassionate personality, a commitment to providing excellent service, and a deep understanding of the spiritual needs of individuals and their families. Responsibilities:

1. Provide spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and their families.

4. Develop individualized spiritual care plans based on each patient's unique needs.
5. Facilitate spiritual activities and services, such as prayer and meditation.
6. Provide bereavement support to families.
7. Collaborate with the hospice team to ensure the best care for each patient.
8. Remain up-to-date on current trends and best practices in hospice care.
9. Follow all ethical and legal guidelines when providing spiritual care.
