  1. Provide top-quality physical therapy care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  2. Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  3. Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall physical functioning.
  4. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  5. Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve daily functioning and prevent future injuries.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatment and progress.
  8. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  9. Actively participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  10. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with patients and their families.
  11. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following infection control and safety protocols.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, physicians, and other stakeholders to facilitate optimal patient care.
  13. Adhere to productivity standards and meet established goals.
  14. Act as an advocate for patients, promoting their rights and ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
  15. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to a strong and cohesive team.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Physical Therapist License: A Full Time Physical Therapist At Pruitthealth Must Possess A Valid And Current License To Practice Physical Therapy In The State Where The Job Is Located.

  • Advanced Degree In Physical Therapy: A Candidate Must Have A Doctor Of Physical Therapy (Dpt) Or Master Of Physical Therapy (Mpt) Degree From An Accredited Program.

  • Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Physical Therapy Setting, Preferably In A Skilled Nursing Or Long-Term Care Facility.

  • Specialized Training: Pruitthealth May Require Specific Training Or Certifications Such As Manual Therapy, Neurologic, Or Geriatric Physical Therapy For Certain Positions Within The Company.

  • Team Player: A Successful Full Time Physical Therapist At Pruitthealth Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals, And Have A Passion For Providing High-Quality Patient Care.
