  1. Perform daily housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for residents.
  2. Utilize cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  3. Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues within the facility.
  4. Maintain inventory and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
  5. Follow established procedures and schedules for cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and other designated areas.
  6. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while interacting with residents and staff.
  7. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
  8. Keep accurate records of daily cleaning tasks and report any concerns to the supervisor.
  9. Assist in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents by ensuring a neat and organized appearance of the facility.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  11. Attend training and educational sessions as required to stay updated on best practices and procedures.
  12. Uphold the values and mission of the organization while representing the housekeeping department.
  13. Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude towards residents and their needs.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
  15. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Housekeeping, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Senior Living Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Proper Cleaning Techniques And Use Of Cleaning Equipment.

  • Ability To Follow Safety Protocols And Maintain A Clean And Sanitary Environment.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities To Work Effectively With Residents, Staff, And Families.
