  1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  3. Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential and current patients, referral sources, and community partners.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  5. Develop and oversee the implementation of branding and messaging strategies to enhance the company's reputation and promote our services.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels.
  7. Monitor and track sales and marketing metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  8. Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and initiatives.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
  11. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
  12. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's services, products, and target audience.
  13. Train and mentor sales and marketing staff to ensure a high level of performance and professional development.
  14. Collaborate with the human resources department to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Qualifications
