1. Oversee and manage the dietary department, including hiring, training, and scheduling dietary staff.
2. Ensure that all meals are prepared and served in accordance with dietary guidelines and regulations.
3. Create and maintain a menu that meets the nutritional needs and preferences of patients and residents.
4. Monitor food inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supply and cost control.
