Dietary Aide

The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.To be successful as a Dietary Aide at PruittHealth, candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid food handler's permit. Previous experience in the dietary field is preferred but not required. The Dietary Aide must also be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our patients

• Prepare and serve meals to our residents in a timely and efficient manner

• Follow all dietary guidelines and instructions to ensure meals meet the nutritional needs of our patients

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Monitor and restock food supplies as needed

• Work independently and as part of a team

• Provide excellent customer service and a friendly attitude to our residents

• Respond to inquiries and requests from residents in a timely and professional manner

• Follow all food safety procedures and regulations

• Participate in ongoing training programs as required
