
Community Relations Representative, Sales, Marketing (Private Duty)

- Develop and implement a strategic plan to build and maintain relationships with community partners, including hospitals, senior living facilities, and other healthcare providers.
- Actively promote and market our services to potential clients through various channels, such as networking events, presentations, and community outreach programs.
- Serve as a liaison between PruittHealth and community partners, ensuring clear and effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the Private Duty team to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong referral network by cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other potential referral sources.
- Represent PruittHealth in a professional and positive manner at all times, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential and current clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Track and report on sales and marketing activities, including leads, referrals, and conversion rates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Attend relevant industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to stay informed on best practices and network with potential partners.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations related to healthcare sales and marketing.
- Collaborate with the Private Duty team to develop and maintain a strong brand image for PruittHealth within the community.
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing input and insight to support the overall success of the Private Duty team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Public Relations, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Marketing, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Community Partners And Potential Clients.
Strong Knowledge Of Sales And Marketing Strategies, Including Digital Marketing And Social Media.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Strong Sense Of Initiative And Drive To Meet And Exceed Sales Goals.
