1. Provide high-quality care to residents: The primary responsibility of a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at PruittHealth is to provide high-quality care to the residents. This includes assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
2. Show compassion to residents: As a CNA, it is crucial to have a compassionate attitude towards the residents. This includes showing empathy, listening to their needs, and treating them with respect and dignity.
