  1. Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients in accordance with PruittHealth's standards and policies.
  2. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  3. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
  5. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients by following infection control and safety protocols.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure individualized care plans are being followed.
  7. Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with facility procedures.
  8. Recognize and report any changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  9. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.
  10. Attend training and educational sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  11. Adhere to all state and federal regulations and facility policies.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  15. Comply with all safety and emergency procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Cna Certification: Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Active Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification In The State Where The Job Is Located.

  • Prior Experience: A Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience As A Cna In A Healthcare Setting Is Required For This Position.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For This Role As Cnas Are Responsible For Relaying Information To Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Ability To Work Day Shifts: This Specific Job Requires Candidates To Be Available To Work Day Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Cnas Must Be Compassionate, Empathetic, And Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills To Provide Quality Care And Support To Patients And Their Families.
